Every apartment in Sobha City comes with two balconies, connected to the living area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, while a powder room is conveniently placed near the entrance. Each unit also includes a fully fitted kitchen along with a separate utility space and a spacious enough living area which can easily accommodate a 9-seater sofa.

Townhouses here are available in two configurations, 3BHK (Ground + 1) and 4BHK (Ground + 2). Every unit accommodates an extra room “majlis room” with an attached washroom, along with a fully equipped kitchen, utility area, and powder room on the ground floor. The layout also includes an L-shaped private garden. All bedrooms are located on the upper floors, with extended terraces for the master suite and balconies for the secondary bedrooms. The 4bedroom townhouses additionally come with a private lift and can comfortably accommodate a 10-seater dining area.

Villas offer a more spacious and premium living experience, with every unit including a private lift and an in-house swimming pool, regardless of size.
